In early March, Apple expanded the color gamut of the iPhone 14 to six colors. Yellow has been added to black, white, red, blue, and purple. According to the survey results, 39% like the iPhone in a dark purple shade (Deep Purple) and 35% like purple (Purple). Another 29% prefer graphite (Graphite), 28%, blue (Blue), and 28%, space black (Space Black).
Gold (Gold), Pink (Pink), Blue (Sierra Blue) and Purple (Midnight) are also popular: they were chosen by 25% of those surveyed.
Respondents during the study also rated on a 10-point scale how much they generally like the new iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus models in yellow. On average, the survey participants rated the smartphone 5.4 points. Russians rated the probability of buying a phone in this hue at 4.5 points.
The survey was conducted from March 21 to 23, 2023. It involved 1,000 people over the age of 18 who plan to buy an iPhone in 2023.
