The co-founder of the Syrovarnya restaurant chain, confectioner Alexei Levin, died with his family in an accident in the Oryol region. This is reported by the Mash Telegram channel.
The accident itself occurred on March 24 at the 305th kilometer of the M-2 “Crimean” highway in the Mtsensk region. A heavy truck driving in the oncoming lane collided with a passenger car.
Product of an accident, the driver of the car died while being transferred to a medical center, its passengers, a man and a woman, died at the scene before the arrival of the ambulance. A 13-year-old boy who was in the car was hospitalized with serious injuries.
The media reported on the accident, but it was not previously mentioned that Levin and members of his family were in the car.
According to Mash, the businessman’s wife, Svetlana, and her brother Alexei were in the car; they died on the spot. Levin himself died on the way to the hospital. Levin’s 13-year-old nephew was taken to intensive care in serious condition.
