Sushi and roll delivery network “Mnogo Salmon” has launched the “No Nothing” menu, which includes dishes that can be eaten by being poisoned by other brands’ philadelphia rolls. This is how the company reacted to Roskachestvo’s claim that 40% of Philadelphia rolls contain E. coli.
Lots of Salmon added three positions, the company told RB.RU.
- “Tom Yum without anything” – the composition includes only water and a coriander leaf;
- “Pizza without anything” – only the dough is included in the composition;
- “Gunkans with nothing” – the composition includes only rice and nori.
The cost of each dish is 15 rubles. All of them can be ordered in the “Many Salmon” app on iOS and Android.
Earlier, on March 29, Roskachestvo boss Maxim Protasov told Izvestia that 40% of Philadelphia rolls contain E. coli. According to him, this applies to products from restaurants (including the premium segment), retail chains and specialized take-away stores.
In early March, the company’s couriers began delivering orders on stilts. The network reported that this greatly saves delivery time in those areas of Moscow where it is difficult to walk due to melting snow and ice.
