The military also noted that for the most accurate functioning of the conscription commissions, the Ministry of Defense has created a single electronic database of citizens subject to conscription. The base was created in the first quarter of 2023.
All soldiers for military service will be sent only to permanent deployment points located on the territory of Russia.
