Apparently, four prototypes with a screen diagonal of 11 and 13 inches are being developed. According to the source, Apple isn’t using the same flexible OLEDs here as on the iPhone. Instead, the company will switch to hard OLED displays.

Such screens are not uncommon in the industry and are used in various high-end smartphones such as the Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 7. The advantage of the company is that the mass production of solid OLED technology is cheaper. But there were earlier reports of users facing terrible viewing angles on such screens.
