The court upheld the decision to nullify Musk’s threats to employees’ wages. In response to a Twitter user’s question about his stance on unions, Musk replied, “But why are you paying union dues and giving up stock options like that?”

Labor activists quickly noticed the tweet, and regulators later determined that Musk had threatened workers. As a result, the court ordered Musk to delete this tweet, but it was in place at the time of writing.
