In “Avito Nedvizhimost” there were reviews of guests for daily rent, the company’s press service said. Owners and admins will now be able to leave feedback about the client.
As explained in the company, the new function will help owners to know in advance about the future guest.
“This is fair, because the guests themselves already have the opportunity to leave comments about the object in which they lived,” says Artem Kromochkin, head of short-term rental at Avito Nedvizhimost.
The owner will receive a link to customer reviews (if any) automatically in the booking notification. In addition to the evaluation itself and comments about the landlord, the landlord can also attach a photo of the premises after the client has vacated.
You can rate a guest within two weeks of checking out, then this opportunity will be gone. At the same time, only the owners and the guests themselves will be able to see the reviews.
The site started working with short-term apartment rentals in March.
