Sites were registered in mid-March 2023. There was no legal information about them. Visitors were asked to enter their bank card details and order delivery and medication. Victims risked losing money paid for drugs and handing over their bank card information to attackers. Currently resources are already blocked, but scammers can start new ones.

According to Yevgeny Yegorov, Principal Analyst at the Digital Hedging Department Group-IB, cybercriminals often use the pharmaceutical industry in their plans, offering to buy prescription or scarce drugs over the counter or at a discounted price. This can be dangerous to the health and wallet of buyers.

In order not to fall into the tricks of scammers, experts advise to shop in reliable online stores, check the domains of dubious sites, and also make sure that the selected company has received permission from Roszdravnadzor to remotely sell medicines for medical use.
