One of the users under the nickname Haijak shared his story of how his Ryzen 9 7950X3D “died” after installation. After that, other users started to unsubscribe and share their status. There are already dozens of cases.

Moreover, processors “die” at different times: for someone in the first day, for someone in a month. Nobody overclocked the Ryzen 9 7950X3D, they were used in standard mode. Also, there is no dependency on the model of the motherboard. In addition to these cases in the USA, there is a “death” case of the Ryzen 9 7950X3D in Russia – YouTuber Victor, aka VIK-off, mentioned this.

Most users plan to replace their processors under warranty, but in Russia this can be difficult. AMD has not yet commented on the situation and has not disclosed the reasons for the “death” of its processors.
