Google Bard gets smarter and solves logic and computation problems

HE Google made improvements to the company’s existing artificial intelligence (AI) platform called Bard, making the service smarter and more accurate in some areas. The most important innovation of the period, bard fusion with another AI-based language model, Pathways Language Model (PaLM).

Previously, both worked separately. With the update, the system is now more than one 540 billion response parameters, It was launched in 2022 and integrated into the company’s flagship chatbot.

The transition has been approved by the platform developer, Jack Krawczykwhich reinforced the fact that Bard went through weekly updates to improve in some ways.

What changes with the update?

PaLM’s – and now Bard’s – expertise solve and answer logic problems. This includes answering logical reasoning questions or challenges, reasoning based on common sense, recognizing patterns, explaining jokes, and interpreting texts with occasional grammatical “catchups.”

Bard now solve math problems and will soon be able to generate code based on user guidance. This capability is already available in main competitor ChatGPT, which is now integrated into the Bing search engine.

Alongside its development, Google has already realized that its platform is still in the testing phase and may make some mistakes or introduce limitations in the process.
