The tested U3E1 processor is claimed to have 12 cores, can handle 16 threads (meaning 4P + 8E configuration), have a base frequency of 1.20 GHz and a turbo frequency of 0.55 GHz. This is clearly a bug or feature of the preprocessor.
It is worth noting that the Dell Inspiron 15 5330 laptop actually exists, but is based on the 12th generation Intel Alder Lake processor. Although the Intel Meteor Lake processor shares the same form factor as current mobile CPUs, it is unlikely to be pin compatible with Alder Lake.
It is not yet clear when exactly Intel will release its Meteor Lake processors.
