Wildberries has introduced a “first warning” in lieu of a fine for violations of PVZ service standards

The updated control mechanism will operate in case of common violations, for example, due to the lack of a video camera at the collection point and the failure to deliver a package to the customer.

• A new procedure is prescribed for taking inventory when closing an item. It is carried out within 24 hours, CCTV cameras are used to prevent the loss of goods.

Additionally, owners of other pickup points can now participate in inventory for a fee and pick up products for delivery to their point.

• Wildberries also finalizes the mechanism to challenge liability for property damage by partners. The initiative group proposed that when accepting the goods, the collection point manager should mark the goods as faulty.

On April 11, Wildberries, together with Ozon, Sbermegamarket, Yandex.Market and SME Corporation, signed a memorandum regulating the work of marketplaces with sellers and owners of collection points.

The issue of the interaction between marketplaces and their partners became relevant in the midst of the conflict between Wildberries and the owners of the collection points, which began in mid-March.
