The company predicts that by the end of 2024, Grade’s share of Yandex.Practicum’s turnover will reach about 15%, and entry into the new HRTech market will at least double the platform’s corporate customer segment.

After choosing a direction, the service diagnoses the knowledge of the employee, draws up an individual training plan, after which it tests the degree of mastery of skills.

The courses last from 20 to 30 hours and include several modules. The system offers to approve only those that will close the gaps in knowledge. The library is available 24/7, experts and professors accompany students in the learning process.

Grade currently has seven courses, including Python Fundamentals for Data Analysis, Building Web Applications with Django, and SQL for Data Science and Analysis. By the end of 2023, it is planned to increase the number of courses on the platform to 100.
