More than 80% of employees of Russian companies believe that digital services have a positive effect on communication with colleagues, showed a study by Bitrix24, which was reviewed by RB.RU.
At the same time, 18%, that is, almost one in five, believe that the impact is negative.
27% of respondents named corporate instant messengers as the most popular online tool for business. In second place is cloud storage (21%), in third place are accounting programs (19%).
Online editors for text, spreadsheets, presentations, video conferencing programs, CRMs, and online meeting calendars are also popular.
Overall, more than half of the employees of Russian companies (62%) stated that their work processes require “digitization”, as well as their willingness to use more programs and software in their work.
The reason for these results is the acceleration of people’s work. This was pointed out by 80% of the respondents.
The study was conducted by the Bitrix24 online service from March 20 to 21, 2023 among 1010 respondents from all federal districts of Russia.
