Wildberries will apply the principle of “zero effect” not only at its collection points (PIU), but also at those of its partners, the market’s press service told RB.RU.
The principle of “zero effect” implies that the penalties for the substitution of goods should not affect the profits of the counterparties. The company began applying this approach in April. The innovation means that penalties for product substitutions will be channeled into bonuses for collection employees. Therefore, the company decided to encourage employees to be vigilant when checking.
Now the new principle will affect not only the Wildberries collection point, but also the partner collection points.
It was proposed to expand the application of the approach in commission under Opora Rossii, in whose recommendation this principle was originally introduced.
Partner bonuses will accrue daily and payments will be made weekly. The first transfers in the amount of 40 million rubles will be received today, April 26, the press service announced.
In addition, the marketplace is working on a new motivation model for collection points, in which there are no lost or replaced merchandise or their percentage is insignificant. For such partners, additional bonuses will be introduced.
- In mid-April, Wildberries, together with Ozon, Sbermegamarket, Yandex.Market and SME Corporation, signed a memorandum regulating the work of markets with sellers and holders of collection points.
- The issue became relevant after the conflict between Wildberries and the owners of the collection point in mid-March. Then those in charge of the collection points demanded the suppression of the new system of fines for defective merchandise. Following the company’s partners’ strike, the FAS ordered Wildberries to create a special arbitration to resolve the disputes.
