Pavlichenko warns that eating such foods can lead to attacks of gastritis or ulcers, as well as discomfort, bloating and even serious health problems such as obesity, liver fat and diabetes.

In an interview with Gazeta.Ru, Pavlichenko recommended the complete elimination of these products from his diet. Instead, she recommends adding healthier options like fruits and vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains to your diet.
