The Zarplata.ru service explored the labor market and found the rarest job offers in Russia. The most unusual was the vacancy of Timur Bekmambetov’s Bazelevs film company: in production they are looking for a person who would draw hair and skin for 3D animated characters.
At the company, this vacancy sounds like this: “Hairdresser Artist” with the English decoding “Hairdresser and Hairdresser Specialist.” Since we are talking mainly about animal characters, in a sense they are looking for an “artist-hairdresser”.
Another rare profession, according to Lenta.ru, who carefully studied the study, is a choir member of an Orthodox church, from whom they expect musical education, experience in singing in a church choir, and knowledge of church statutes.
The study also lists other unusual jobs in the labor market:
- A confectioner with skills in the preparation of equipment for the production of roast dough,
- A hunter with the skills to drive a car or tractor (with a “relocation” to a village in the Sverdlovsk region with his family),
- Theatrical costume designer, ball gowns and set designs for rhythmic gymnastics and figure skating,
- And a climbing instructor with a pedagogical or acting education (they are looking for a children’s rope park in St. Petersburg, which explains such requirements).
