After announcing an update to its gaming lineup last month, Acer has announced that new laptops from the Nitro, Predator and Swift series are coming to Brazil. Models launch in the country with the latest 13th generation Intel processors.

Swift series includes Acer Swift X, i7-13700HX processor, 16GB DDR5 RAM at 4800MHz, 512GB M.2 SSD and Custom RTX 4060 system. The screen is one of the highlights as it has a size of 14 inches and OLED panel running in Quad HD resolution at 240 Hz With 9ms response time. The device costs R$13,999 and weighs just 1.5kg, making it ideal for travel.
Predator Helios Neo
The Predator Helios Neo, on the other hand, has a simpler footprint and bets on an RTX 4050 as a graphics card. The CPU continues with the same Intel Core i7 as well as RAM and storage. The 16-inch screen of this laptop is already downgraded to Full HD, along with the refresh rate dropping to 165 Hz. However, the price of R$13,699 remains similar due to c.Keyboard with improved instruction, cooling improvements and RGB zones.

New Acer Nitro 5, refreshed design and a cleaner footprint than its predecessors. However, the internal settings are basically the same as the Predator Helios Neo. Therefore, the differences are due to the different appearance and some internal technology. The price also remains at R$13,699.
The Predator series features a cooling system with 3D fans with 5th generation AeroBlade technology that improves airflow to cool components. The Swift series has a more modest distribution, but enjoys the benefits of portability, while the Nitro models use CoolBoost technology to perform this action – which is very similar in the end.
These notebooks and other variants such as the Predator Helios 300, can be purchased from the official Acer website. The models are expected to start appearing at major retailers in the country in the coming days.
