In an interview with the British edition of Subway, Taylor shared various ways of dealing with bad dreams. While there is no guaranteed method of getting rid of nightmares permanently, there are effective strategies for dealing with them. Taylor recommends writing down the details of your dreams when you wake up, which will allow you to analyze the emotions and events that may have triggered them during the day.

Also, calming activities such as taking a bath before going to bed, doing breathing exercises or reading a book can help create the conditions for restful sleep. Taylor recommends avoiding caffeine and alcohol before bed, avoiding disturbing news, and creating an environment in the bedroom that promotes restful sleep: a comfortable warmth, darkness, and silence.

By applying these methods, people can better cope with nightmares and reduce the frequency of nightmares.
