Supporting more than 20 programming languages, Bard now has a more user-friendly experience for coders. The solution also has a new option that lets you export codes made in Python.

Speaking of exporting, Google also has two new options for dumping AI responses directly into Google Docs documents or Gmail emails. Another long-awaited feature coming to Bard is the dark mode, which is now available to users of the tool.

More visual experiences and tools

Google Bard will also become more visual and powerful. Now ChatGPT’s competitor has a more similar user experience to Google Search, which brings more detailed images and descriptions for certain searches.

The tool will now also have integrations with other Google services to improve user responses. The solution can use technologies from Google Lens, Sheets, and Maps for direct searches, for example.

Image generator and more links

Another innovation coming to Bard is an image generator, but it’s not 100% made by Google. The company joined forces with Adobe and built the Firefly platform inside Bard to create Midjourney-style photos via prompts.

Adobe Firefly works inside the AI-powered chatbot to send AI-generated images to the Bard, adding an expression requesting the rendering of an image. In the example given during the conference, a unicorn image was created.

In addition to Firefly, other external solutions can be integrated with Bard. The company promises that artificial intelligence will connect with services such as Spotify, OpenTable and ZipRecruiter, for example.

Google also announced that Bard is no longer on a waiting list. Additionally, the solution will now reach 180+ countries and more regions will be covered soon.

However, Bard is currently only available in English, and a Korean and Japanese version will be released soon. Google promises to bring support for more than 40 languages ​​to the service in the future, but doesn’t make any predictions for Brazilian Portuguese.
