Raiffeisenbank users complained about the glitch of the mobile app

Clients see error messages from the server when they try to open the application. Some indicate that they cannot access the website of the credit institution.

The Raiffeisenbank press service confirmed to Kommersant that there was a breach caused by an “internal malfunction”. The company is already working to fix the technical issue.

Earlier, Raiffeisen Bank International announced that it plans to withdraw Raiffeisenbank from the group’s perimeter in the third quarter of 2023. In May, the group announced the reduction of correspondent relationships with CIS banks.

Update 14.00:

The press service of the credit organization reported that the problem had been eliminated.

“The performance of Raiffeisen Online has been restored, the application works normally,” the credit institution said.
