Former WeWork chief manager and co-founder of onlinetours travel startup Dmitry Litvinov has launched the Idreem talent visa relocation service in the US. This was reported to RB.RU by a Litvinov representative.

Former WeWork executive launches US relocation service for talent visas

For the new project, Litvinov attracted seed investment from informal investors to launch and develop the platform. Their names and terms of the deal were not disclosed, but an Idreem spokesman said the funds would be disbursed in three tranches as the project progresses and “are in the nature of a six-figure sum.”

Idreem was launched on March 13, 2023 and is based in the US. The project invites IT professionals and entrepreneurs from different countries to move to the US on O-1/EB-1 talent visas. The cost of an O-1 visa will start at $5.5 thousand, the company did not specify the cost of an EB-1.

The startup claims to go through all the stages of obtaining a visa in 1-3 months, and if a customer, whom Idreem defines as “qualified,” does not receive a visa, then the company pays them back.

“Since we are not talking about a tourist visa, but about a work visa, it is very important to understand not only the details of the visa itself, but also to understand the essence of the industry, achievements, products, technologies . As experience shows, the current market for visa processing services lacks expertise in information technology. Because of this, some IT specialists are denied visas,” said Dmitry Litvinov.

In the future, the company intends to create a platform with turnkey moving services: helping to register a legal entity, open accounts, select an insurance company, and more.
