The delivery of goods from online stores and marketplaces accounted for 788 billion rubles. Another 520 billion rubles are the delivery of products (e-grocery). The restaurant ready meal delivery market grew by 25% to 222 billion rubles, Vedomosti reported, citing RAEC data.

According to the association, there are more than 1,700 companies on the delivery market in Russia, but a third of them provide services only in Moscow, and half operate in the capital and the Moscow region, St. Petersburg, the Novosibirsk region and Yekaterinburg. .

The segment will show strong growth in the future, in particular, due to the ingrained habit of users to quickly deliver products to the door, the experts suggested.
