The maximum rate on the “Deposit in dirhams” deposit, taking capitalization into account, is 2.02% per year. Interest will accrue every month, depending on the term and amount of the deposit.

The minimum deposit amount is 5 thousand dirhams, there are no restrictions on the maximum amount. You can open this deposit both in branches and in the mobile application of the bank.

According to Sergei Shirokov, director of Sberbank’s Savings and Loan department, the number of clients interested in alternative currencies to the dollar has increased over the past year. Previously, Sberbank launched the purchase and sale of UAE cash currency, and now you can accumulate savings.

Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov spoke about de-dollarization. According to him, this process in the world has begun both practically and conceptually.
