Galaxy A55 vs POCO F6: Design and Display
As dated as the Galaxy A55’s bezels may look, especially compared to the POCO F6’s extremely thin bezels, we think Samsung’s phone is a clear winner in terms of design for one simple reason: the aluminum frame makes it look like a phone from a higher category. And on the Galaxy A55, you’ll find Gorilla Glass and frame aluminum, in POCO F6 you will see just plastic.
In terms of the display, the POCO F6 offers a better resolution panel. However, we noticed that the Galaxy A55’s color calibration makes it slightly better. On the other hand, the POCO F6 is a bit brighter, but don’t get carried away by the top spec of 2400 nits and the HBM of 1200 nits, meaning the difference in brightness with the Samsung is minimal.
Galaxy A55 vs POCO F6: Who Has the Better Camera?

The short answer is the Galaxy A55, but we’ll break it down piece by piece. First, you’ll notice that Samsung’s camera system consists of three lenses. The one that’s “left over” compared to the POCO F6 is the macro lens, which we don’t think is the most useful unless you’re someone who values miniature or insect photography. What we’re saying is that just because the Galaxy A55 has three lenses doesn’t mean it’s better than the POCO F6.
However, when comparing pears to pears, it’s notable that the Galaxy A55 achieves better results, as its photos have a higher level of detail, much more accurate colours and better lighting control.
When it comes to video, we also noticed better results from Samsung, especially in terms of stabilization. Also, if you are one of those users who like to change lenses while recording, this is possible on the Galaxy A55, while with the POCO F6 you will have to pause the video.
Also, when it comes to the selfie camera, the Galaxy A55 offers better details and is definitely the better option for getting the best angle. Plus, it can record videos in 4K, while the POCO F6 only does so in 1080p.

Galaxy A55 vs POCO F6: Power and Battery Life

Well, if this comparison seemed like a clear victory for the Galaxy A55, then we have come to the part where Samsung has nothing to do. In short, the standardized tests give almost twice the power of the POCO F6, so if you are looking for a mobile phone for gaming with the highest possible graphics quality, Xiaomi should be your choice.
In terms of battery, both have a “standard” 5000mAh capacity, but the POCO F6’s 90W fast charging makes a noticeable difference.
Galaxy A55 vs POCO F6: Which is Better?
Based on the deals we found, we think the most honest answer is that it depends. Yes, it depends on what kind of user you are. Are you looking for a smartphone to create content for social media? Then go for the Galaxy A55. The camera is not that important, you are more likely looking for a mobile phone for gaming, so go for the POCO F6.
Likewise, keep in mind that while it seems cheaper, the price we found is for the 128GB Galaxy A55, for which you’ll also have to buy a charger. The POCO F6, on the other hand, has 256GB of storage and includes a charger.
