Next generation wireless connectionBluetooth 6 is working on a feature that will be very useful for users and will prevent the loss of the device.

When it arrives, Bluetooth 6 will improve streaming between devices and promises to help you find other Bluetooth devices nearby faster, introducing a feature called Channel dubbingThis is the first significant update to the specification since the launch of Bluetooth 5 in 2016.

The feature promises to improve the overall user experience when tracking devices, making it “significantly easier and faster” to locate lost items connected through the Find My network.

For Bluetooth peripherals like keyboards and game controllers, you can expect them to be better at switching between active and inactive states based on distance. This means that when you walk away from your desk with your mouse and keyboard connected, your devices won’t press random buttons or drain your remaining battery trying to find a device to communicate with.

In any case, we’ll have to keep waiting. No Bluetooth 6 devices have been announced yet.
