OnePlus 12
We’d say the OnePlus 12 is the best Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 cell phone you can buy in 2024. And in addition to being cheaper than its Samsung counterparts, it has more RAM (the 512GB model has 16GB of internal storage). Apart from its stellar performance, Samsung has managed to make the Galaxy S24 Ultra a noticeable improvement over the Galaxy S23 Ultra by integrating new features and lifestyle features such as Galaxy AI. The real improvement here, however, is the 50-megapixel telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom and 10x “optical-quality” photos. This Galaxy is a delight for photography lovers.
And yes, it’s certainly expensive, but the idea is that you keep it for at least four years. Samsung’s update policy, as well as the superior performance delivered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, makes this promise a guarantee.

Xiaomi 14 Ultra
Our second option is for photography lovers. And we say the latter because unlike Samsung, which has a fairly wide distribution, the availability of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra may be limited in some countries.
