Popular YouTuber Marques Brownlee, better known as MKBHD, that’s the name of his channel, he hosts it every year own awards for the best smartphones of the year. Last year the iPhone 13 received two of the awards, and this year the iPhone 14 Pro Max managed to lift one of them.

And it’s not just any reward iPhone 14 Pro Max for MKBHD has the best camera system on the market. There are many Android smartphones and very few iPhones competing for prizes, and these have been the results.

This year we have 8 different categories Marques Brownlee at the Best Smartphone Awards. Last year Apple and iPhone won in three different categories, but this year they have to settle for just one.

A year ago the iPhone 13 mini won the Best Small Smartphone award, but this year Apple stopped updating its mini phone and instead of an iPhone 14 mini we have an iPhone 14 Plus. Therefore, it cannot even compete in this category.

The iPhone 13 Pro also won the best camera award last year, as did the iPhone 14 Pro Max, which uses the same camera system as the iPhone 14 Pro. iPhone is still one of the bestor best according to MKBHD.

iPhone has the strongest camera experience, including how fast it is to open the Camera app and take a photo, the consistency across all sensors, and how well it does at recording video compared to other Android competitors.

The iPhone 13 Pro Max won the best battery award a year ago, but we haven’t seen any major improvements in this department with the new iPhone 14 Pro Max. Still one of the best though MKBHD decided to reward ASUS ROG Phone 6 and its 6,000mAh battery. Of course, with a thickness exceeding one centimeter.

We should also highlight the award. Nothing Phone designIt’s basically an iPhone with a transparent case and LED lights. So Apple could have won this award too.
