Responding directly to a discussion Samsung will send new Galaxy S23 consumers a 25-watt charger in the box. However, it’s worth noting that the S23+ and S23 Ultra models support 45W fast charging, an accessory that can be purchased separately.

Following complaints from users and consumer protection organizations, Samsung has created a program that facilitates the shipment of a 25W charger for smartphone buyers who do not take the accessory out of the box. In September, the brand decided to return by sending chargers in the box of foldable smartphones from the Galaxy Z series.

Memory upgrade and free items

The pre-sale of Samsung’s new smartphones is also starting today in Brazil. The company will gift a wireless charger to pre-registered consumers. Promotions also include wireless headphones and memory upgrades.

Anyone who purchases a Galaxy S23+ or S23 Ultra by March 5 will also get Galaxy Buds 2 Pro; Anyone who buys the standard S23 model will get Buds 2.

However, the main emphasis is storage upgrade. Again, by March 5, whoever gets the 128GB Galaxy S23, Samsung will ship a 256GB model. Those who buy a 256GB S23+ or S23 Ultra will take home a 512GB model.

It is worth noting that this upgrade is only available to those who have acquired the base model of the new line. So, for example, if the consumer chooses a 512GB S23 Ultra directly, they will not upgrade to the 1TB version.
