Generally knowledgeable Igor Walllossek has shared a schematic of upcoming Lovelace reference designs for the ad102 and ad104 GPUs on his website, igor’sLAB. Unfortunately no pictures could be posted to conserve their resources, but did manage to study the pcb’s layout. As with the cooling solution, it turned out to largely match Ampere’s.

There are again two different motherboards for this premium class, and these will likely include the 4080 (Ti) and 4090 (Ti). The PG139 is the Founders Edition with a striking triangular cut. The PG136 shown is a more traditional design on a rectangular board and will likely be used for reference cards from other brands.

There are still three DisplayPorts and one HDMI connector, but it’s impossible to tell which generation it is. NV-Link isn’t missing yet either, suggesting that the board shown is in the 4090 class. A 16-pin power connector is used, allowing a TDP of up to 600 watts. Major testing of these models should take place in the coming weeks. Mass production is expected to start in August.
