During the Ferrari Capital Markets Day the Cavallino di Maranello is back to talk about two of its most anticipated future vehicles. The first is the Ferrari thoroughbredthe first SUV in the company’s history.
It will come in 2023, but Ferrari has already counted on it to be seen for the first time in September, during a special event. Not only that, the company has also indicated that the SUV will be equipped with a V12 engine. The second, on the other hand, is the first all-electric Ferrari. We will have to wait a little longer: we are talking about 2025.
Ferrari will present 15 new models between 2023 and 2026. Each model – the manufacturer promises – will be designed to be unique and satisfy a specific customer base. Ferrari is working on an important transformation process.
By 2026, the Ferrari range will consist of 40% endothermic models and 60% hybrid and electric cars. Then, in 2030, the revolution: endothermic vehicles drop to 20%, while the remaining 80% is split equally between hybrid cars and all-electric cars.
“Over there first electric Ferrari it will be a real Ferrari”, promises the prancing horse.
The first electric Ferrari will be unveiled in 2025 and will have its roots in the heritage of prancing horses, leveraging broader engineering expertise to further amplify driving emotions. Its unique features, utilizing racing know-how, will make it a true Ferrari and make it stand out in all dimensions: engine power, weight, sound and driving emotions.
Ferrari CEO Benedetto Vigna made this known during a recent interview with La Stampa.
