And the fact is that not so long ago in Europe they seriously approached this issue, forcing cities with more than 50,000 inhabitants to limit the relatively large area of the center cities where only less polluting vehicles and residents can move around, subjecting themselves to fines if they don’t comply. All this until 2023, so time is against many.
