Samsung has announced the global launch of its latest ViewFinity S8 monitor. The company does thisHigh resolution monitor designed specifically for creative professionals, including content creators, graphic designers and more.

Available in 32 and 27 inch versions, the monitor is equipped with a 4k resolution (3840 x 2160) IPS panel with an anti-glare matte finish. Samsung claims a gray-to-gray response time of 5ms, while further covering 98% of the DCI-P3 color gamut. It also supports up to 1.07 billion colors and provides HDR10+ compatibility. The 27-inch version is DisplayHDR 400 certified, while the 32-inch version has to make do with DisplayHDR 600 certification.

Both models provide an HDMI 2.0 port, DisplayPort, an Ethernet port, a USB type-c port and a USB 3.0 hub with three downstream ports. The USB type-c port also supports 90W USB power delivery to charge connected laptops, tablets or smartphones.

Although it varies by region, the monitor will be available at the end of June. Recommended retail prices have not yet been announced.
