Work: Research analyzes global trust

Some pretty clear data comes from the Confidence Index. 35% think they can change jobs within three months of seeking new professional opportunities. In terms of work-life balance and skills, the situation is even better: 40% are convinced that they will be able to achieve a better work-life balance and as many as 65% of respondents are confident in the possibility improve their own skills. In terms of job satisfaction, 46% are convinced they can get a salary increase and 49% a possible promotion. Figures that show a sharp increase compared to the same period last year. A sign that something is changing in the minds of Italian workers: in 2021, even 44% considered a promotion plausible and only 37% a salary increase.
