Steve Jobs’ friends and family have announced the birth of the… Steve Jobs Archive, an organization dedicated to celebrating the life, ideas and genius of the founder of Apple. There is already a freely accessible site with a rich catalog of old videos, photos and interviews released by Steve Jobs over the years.

When you open the site, you are greeted by an email Steve Jobs sent to himself, sharing his admiration and love for humanity. If you scroll through, you’ll find some of his quotes, including excerpts from the famous 2005 speech he gave to the students of Staford (the one in which he uttered the famous phrase “Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish”).

But the new foundation doesn’t just keep this kind digital museum dedicated to Steve Jobs. The promoters have already announced that they are planning to organize some scholarships and as many study programs in memory of the brilliant entrepreneur. “The archive will contain some historical artifacts related to Steve, some of which have never been disclosed to the public before,” reads the press release announcing the initiative.

“While we have some artifacts and other material, the archive wants to focus mostly on his ideas,” said Laurene Powell Jobs, Steve’s widow, at a Vox Media conference.
