When these blue and white lines were installed on the streets of Madrid to issue car parks, the mayor Martinez-Almeida noted that “These SERs are designed for areas with intense parking demand due to their proximity to administrative buildings, official centers, recreational, educational, cultural, sports or shopping areas.“.
