President Gustavo Petro wrote on account X that his youngest daughter wrote: Antonellahad to leave the stadium Big city After the chants against them in the stands from Barranquilla, where the Colombia-Brazil match was played.
(Also: ‘Petro is losing the year and with very low grades’: Jorge Enrique Robledo).
“My 15-year-old daughter had to leave the Barranquilla stadium. They led the opposition in chanting slogans against her, an underage woman. Cowards,” wrote X on his account.
In a video posted on social networks, you can see the moment when the little boy runs through the stands of the stadium and then comes out of one of the boxes. As the young woman walks, several people shout at her, “Out with Petro, out with Petro.”
Also at the stadium was First Lady Verónica Alcocer, seen in several photos greeting Colombian Football Federation president Ramón Jesurún.
“The ‘brave’ ones were facing my underage daughter who loves football. “We know that the people of Barranquilla, who mostly accompanied me in all my struggles, did not do this.”he added with another trill.
This incident caused disapproval from government officials and politicians. Laura Sarabia and Roy Barreras were some of those who denied this fact.
“The act of some angry adults verbally attacking an underage girl in the stadium on the grounds that she is President @petrogustavo’s daughter is a miserable, rude and violent act. I hope they ask for forgiveness. They are sowing hatred and violence. This is not how Colombian Ambassador to the UK Roy Barreras said “This level of attack on the presidential family has never happened before. “I ask opposition leaders to set limits!” he said.
“Political differences are one thing, attacking a minor is another. It means miscarriage and what they did to Antonella Petro in the Metropolitano today. This is a violent act that we must all reject,” the DPS director added.
