This tool will allow you to change the icons of the bookmarks stored in Google Chrome. To do this, you just need to follow these steps:
- To start, open chrome and sign in with your Google account to download your bookmarks. If you don’t have an account yet, here’s how to create one in just a few steps.
- Then go to the Chrome Web Store and download the extension. Favicon Changer tab.
- Currently, install the extension in your browser following the steps indicated by the runtime program itself.
- After installation, you will only have to click on the icon that appears next to the address bar, right-click and enter Parameter.
- You will see a page where you will see all bookmarks or bookmarks you have saved in Google Chrome.
- Here, select the site you want to change the icon icon for and once you find it, right-click on it and select the option Change favicon.
- A window will open automatically windows file manager to search for an image in the device’s memory.
- Once you have found the image you want to use as the favicon of the selected site in your bookmarks bar, click on To choose.
- When you select an image, you will see how updated automatically both on the bookmarks bar in Chrome and on the favorites page.
