WhatsApp has developed WhatsApp surveys or WhatsApp Surveys to get feedback from users of the app and get an idea about new functions, suggestions and uses given to the tool.

The idea is that surveys are sent to you periodically via a WhatsApp Surveys chat.

Before participation, the app will inform the purpose of the survey and if nothing happens, you can do it if you want.

You can also choose to unsubscribe or block WhatsApp Polls if you no longer want to receive invitations.

It’s important to keep in mind that the survey actually came from WhatsApp and not from a scam.

To do this, make sure it has a green checkmark and is sent with the phone number +16505361212 or +16508638904. Otherwise, the app recommends reporting fraud and blocking the sender.

WhatsApp is also looking for people to use the poll format within groups and expected to be available for other users soon

According to WABetaInfo, WhatsApp is already working on the ability to conduct in-app surveys.

In fact, preliminary versions show: will work practically the same as TelegramOther than that, it doesn’t do it in individual chats.

Maybe more like working on Instagram where you create a question and select a number of options.

It is not known exactly what kind of visual interface these polls will have, but the number of votes, who answered, etc. they can show.

It is not yet known when the feature will finally be released.
