On Tuesday, Google updated its account inactivity policy and stipulated: All personal accounts that have not been used for the past two years will be deleted with all its content. Account usage will be measured from recorded partition starts and the measure is expected to take effect in December 2023.

Considering that users can access different services such as Drive, Meet, Photos, YouTube with a Google account and preserve their browser search preferences, The new policy requires users to register an episode start before the two-year minimum expires.
