Disney and Pixar Celebrate the Release of the New Movie Together with Scuderia Ferrari Lightyear – The True Story of Buzz (which opens in Italian cinemas from 15 June) with a special collaboration.

The Monaco Formula 1 Grand Prix will take place on Sunday, May 29 in Monte Carlo and for the first time the logo of the Disney and Pixar film will appear on the Scuderia Ferrari single-seaters, as well as on the helmet and overalls of the drivers Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz, who make a cameo appearance in the Italian and Spanish versions of the animated film, respectively.
The collaboration with Scuderia Ferrari has been signed in the name of speed and teamwork: themes that unite the famous Italian Formula 1 team and the animated film that tells the origin of the legendary Space Ranger.
In the Italian version of the film, Alberto Malanchino, Ludovico Tersigni and Esther Elisha also lend their voices, respectively, in interpreting the Space Ranger Buzz Lightyear, Sox, his companion robot cat, and Alisha Hawthorne, his commander and best friend.
New Disney & Pixar Lightyear Adventure – Buzz’s True Story tells the origin of Buzz Lightyear, the hero who inspired the Toy Story toys, and follows the legendary Space Ranger after he becomes trapped on a hostile planet 4.2 million light-years from the Earth, along with his commander and their crew. As Buzz tries to find his way home through time and space, he is joined by a group of ambitious recruits and his irresistible companion, robot cat, Sox. The arrival of Zurg, a massive presence with an army of ruthless robots and a mysterious ending, complicates matters and jeopardizes the mission.
Lightyear – The True Story of Buzz, directed by Angus MacLane and produced by Galyn Susman, will hit Italian cinemas on June 15.
