Actress Kathryn Hahn will play the character of Agatha Harkness in the TV series. The show has been described as a dark comedy and will begin filming this winter to lead to a release on Disney+ for the winter of 2023. Jac Schaeffer, who has previously worked on WandaVision.
Talking about his impression on the show, the lead interpreter said some time ago:
The series is exactly as I had dreamed and imagined. I can say it’s crazy that all this happened after I had kids. Subconsciously I believed that after the kids it would be difficult, and that I would have to rethink my ambitions, and instead more doors have opened.
