The story of the galaxy “far, far away” from Star Wars is enriched with a new piece thanks Andoro, new original TV series for Disney+ starring Diego Luna arriving on September 21: here’s today’s new official trailer. The series, for reasons not yet explained by Disney, is coming almost a month later than the previously communicated schedule.
Andor will explore a new perspective on the Star Wars galaxy, focusing on Cassian Andor’s journey that will lead him to discover how he can make a difference. The series tells the story of the burgeoning rebellion against the Empire and how humans and planets became involved. It is an era of danger, deceit and intrigue in which Cassian will embark on the path destined to turn him into a rebellious hero.
Diego Luna returns as Cassian Andor, along with Genevieve O’Reilly, Stellan Skarsgård, Adria Arjona, Denise Gough and Kyle Soller. Executive producers are Kathleen Kennedy, Sanne Wohlenberg, Diego Luna and Michelle Rejwan. Tony Gilroy is the creator and showrunner.
