Fans of the novels of Anne Rice can’t wait for the tv series to come out interview with the vampireand recently there has been talk about the project Sam Reidthat reflected on what the show has to offer that is different or broader than the movie.
Below are the words of Lestat’s interpreter:
I love the movie and Tom Cruise’s performance, but what we’re trying to do is develop what Anne did in the second book, when the character gets deeper and a lot of her previous story is told. And we did. In the second interview, many more nuances of Lestat are told. And I’ve tried to bring in these elements that are talked about in the books that aren’t seen in the movie, because it’s only two hours in length, and because it’s only based on the original book, as we try to explore the entire universe to dive . A super exciting thing.
Among the other performers involved are Eric Bogosian who will play Daniel Molloy, Jacob Anderson as Louis de Pointe du Lac., Bailey Bass who will play the vampire child Claudia. The TV series will be launched by AMC on October 2.
