Despite batgirl has been sensationally cancelled, the actress Leslie Grace shared a message of positivity, especially to fans of the character the actress supported during the filming phase of the feature film.

Here are the words of Leslie Grace:

Following the latest news on the film, I am proud of the hard work and dedication shown by the cast and team during the seven months in Scotland. I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to work with people with whom I have built great human relationships. To all Batgirl fans, thank you for the love and trust that allowed me to take on the role of my heroine!

Words that show positivity, despite the fact that Batgirl’s cancellation caused a stir as the film had a budget of $90 million earmarked for production.

Batgirl directed Bad Boys for Life filmmakers Bilall Fallah and Adil El Arbi, with a screenplay written by Christina Hodson, who previously worked on Birds of Prey and the upcoming film The Flash. The feature film featured JK Simmons returning as Commissioner James Gordon, Michael Keaton as Bruce Wayne/Batman, Brendan Fraser as the villain Firefly and Jacob Scipio in an unnamed role, while the main character was Leslie Grace.
