After the first images and the poster of Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honeyit’s time to unveil the trailer of the feature film that puts the main character of Alan Alexander Milne’s novels and of the animated series in a very different context from the one in which we remember him.

In this film, it seems that Christopher Robin’s character, on his way to college, will be far away from his abandoned friends. This will be the way Winnie and Piglet will commit atrocities towards other people. Director Rhys Frake-Waterfield said of the feature film and story:
While Christopher Robin’s friends will have to fend for themselves, they become enraged and return to their animal origins. They will no longer be tame creatures, they will be like a mean bear and a pig that hunts for prey.
Since Winnie the Pooh’s rights have expired and are therefore free to use, the same is not true for other characters in the franchise. So the movie will miss Tigger and Eeyore. The cast of the feature film includes Amber Doig-Thorne, Maria Taylor and Danielle Scott.
Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey will be released soon in digital and Home Video versions.
