Some of the most interesting independent horror productions of recent times have had updates or announcements: after it was revealed that the director of Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey he will also be working on a horror movie about Peter Pan, the release date in the United States of the same movie about Winnie The Pooh was also recently announced. The feature will be released on February 15, 2023.

The theater release will be quite special, however, as Fathom Events will only distribute Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey for one day. However, it looks like the feature will also arrive in Mexico, the UK, and Canada. In these countries, distribution was entrusted to Altitude for the UK, Cinemax for Mexico and Cineplex for Canada.

In this film, it seems that Christopher Robin’s character, on his way to college, will be far away from his abandoned friends. This will be the way Winnie and Piglet will commit atrocities towards other people. Director Rhys Frake-Waterfield said of the feature film and story:

While Christopher Robin’s friends will have to fend for themselves, they will grow furious and return to their animal origins. They will no longer be tame creatures, they will be like a mean bear and a pig that hunts for prey.
