On the occasion of the 505 Games Showcase, stray knife is back to show itself with a new gameplay video full of details. Point Blank Games’ ambitious action-RPG was announced with a trailer during Gamescom 2021 and will be available sometime in 2023.
In the game we will play the role of a anthropologist venturing into the Acrea Valley. There he will meet Boji, a wolf xhinnon who will accompany him on his journey and also support him during the battle phases The player is summoned to discover the mysteries that lurk in this forgotten valley and to master the powers of the three metals acreanic to restore peace to a country populated by various armed factions.
The presentation then focuses on the elements of combat system which turns out to be very hectic and structured with a skill system linked to the use of individual weapons. The aim is to make the player more freedom of approach without freezing to a single playstyle and without affecting the progress with respect to a single class selected at the start of the adventure.
Stray Blade will be available in 2023 on consoles and PC (Steam and Epic Game Store).
