Video game giant Ubisoft has announced that a new chapter has arrived in the iconic “Prince of Persia” series. judicial “Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown”, this action-adventure platform game Nintendo Switch, PlayStation5, PlayStation4, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One and PC (via Epic Games Store and Ubisoft Store) Starting January 18, 2024. The mission is to save Prince Ghassan by exploring Mount Kaf, which used to be a fascinating land and now seems cursed and hostile. As the story progresses, players will discover that time is a formidable foe that threatens to destabilize the world.
Inspired by the Metroidvania subgenre, the game lets players explore a meticulously designed world at their own pace. On their journey, players will travel from the majestic Fortress of Knowledge to the vibrant Hyrkanian Forests, all inspired by Persian mythology.
Throughout his adventure, Sargon will gain powers to control time, unlock unique abilities and apply them in battle. Challenges include solving puzzles, finding secrets and completing exciting side missions on Mount Qaf. In addition, players will face legendary enemies, massive bosses and deadly traps, including time-decaying creatures like the fearsome Manticore, guardian of Jahandar and the Citadel.
The game also offers a deep and engaging combat system, allowing players to express their creativity by combining devastating combos.
The immersion of the game is enhanced by an original soundtrack composed by Iranian musician Mentrix with award-winning composer Gareth Coker. The mix of traditional instruments and modern sounds guides players from one setting to another, adding more depth to the experience.
