A strong earthquake was felt in the north and center of the country Tuesday afternoon, September 12th.

According to the first report Colombian Geological Service, The epicenter of the earthquake was Santander and its magnitude was 4.1 degrees.

There has been no material damage or injury so far due to the earthquake.

Users on social networks claim that the earthquake was felt in Antioquia, Boyacá, Cundinamarca and Santander.

Google’s seismic fin is a free service for Android users; It is already enabled on some devices. But in others it needs to be inserted manually.

“Android Earthquake Warning System is a free service that detects earthquakes around the world and can warn Android users before shaking begins,” the company’s website stated.
